باختصار
- لا نحفظ الصوت، ولا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نعرض إعلانات داخل الخدمة.
- نص الاجتماع يُعالَج أثناء الاجتماع ويُحذف من خادمنا عند إنهائه.
- صفقاتك المحفوظة تبقى على جهازك أنت.
- حسابك يحمل بريدك واسمك وإجاباتك عن أسئلة التعريف فقط، وكلمة مرورك مخزنة مشفّرة. تعدّل إجاباتك أو تحذف حسابك متى شئت.
ما نعالجه ولماذا
الصوت
عند استعمال المساعد الحي يُرسل متصفحك الصوت مباشرة إلى مزود التفريغ الصوتي (OpenAI) ليتحول إلى نص، ولا يمر الصوت عبر خادمنا ولا نخزنه.
نص الاجتماع وما تكتبه عن عرضك
يصل النص وملاحظاتك إلى خادمنا لإنتاج الإرشاد والتقرير، ثم نرسله إلى نموذج الذكاء الاصطناعي (OpenAI) لتوليد الإرشاد. يُحفظ في ذاكرة مؤقتة أثناء الجلسة فقط ويُحذف عند إنهائها أو انتهاء مهلتها. تخضع المعالجة عند المزود لشروط بيانات واجهته البرمجية.
حسابك
عند التسجيل نحفظ على خادمنا بريدك الإلكتروني واسمك وكلمة مرور مشفّرة (لا نستطيع قراءتها)، وإجاباتك عن أسئلة التعريف (دورك ونوع بيعك وحدودك وأسلوبك). نستعملها لضبط إرشاد المساعد لك، وتصل بصيغة ملخص نصي إلى نموذج الذكاء الاصطناعي ضمن كل اجتماع. نحفظ أيضًا عدد اجتماعاتك اليومية لتطبيق حد الاستعمال. حذف الحساب من قائمة حسابك يمسح هذه البيانات من خادمنا.
الدفع
الدفع يتم عبر Polar (وسيط الدفع والفوترة). عند فتح صفحة الدفع نمرّر بريدك إلى Polar لتعبئته، ولا نرى بيانات بطاقتك ولا نخزنها. مفتاح اشتراكك يصلك من Polar بالبريد، ونحفظ المفتاح في حسابك للتحقق من بقاء اشتراكك فعّالًا.
صفقاتك
مسودات الصفقات وملخصاتها وما فهمناه عن الطرف الآخر تُحفظ في متصفحك (التخزين المحلي) على جهازك فقط، ولا نملك نسخة منها. يمكنك حذفها من التطبيق أو بمسح بيانات الموقع.
الدخول
نضع ملف ارتباط (كوكي) ضروريًا لإبقائك مسجلًا دخولك.
قياس التسجيل
نقيس مراحل التسجيل (فتح الصفحة، الاستبيان، إنشاء الحساب، الدفع) بمعرّف عشوائي محفوظ في متصفحك، ومصدر الزيارة من رابط الإعلان. ونستخدم أدوات قياس الإعلانات من Meta (Facebook/Instagram)، Google لمعرفة أي إعلان جاء منه الاشتراك؛ هذه الأدوات قد تضع ملفات ارتباط خاصة بها. لا نرسل لها بريدك ولا إجاباتك ولا محتوى محادثاتك.
الدفع
بيانات البطاقة يعالجها شريك الدفع (التاجر المسجّل) ولا تصلنا. نستلم منه بريدك وحالة اشتراكك لنمنحك الوصول.
الأطراف الأخرى في محادثاتك
أنت المسؤول عن إخبار من تحدّثه وأخذ موافقته على تحويل كلامه إلى نص. لا تسجّل ولا تعالج محادثة بلا هذه الموافقة وحيث يمنع النظام ذلك. نوصي بعدم إدخال بيانات شخصية حساسة عن الآخرين.
حقوقك
لك أن تسأل عن أي بيانات لدينا عنك أو تطلب حذفها بمراسلتنا: hello@elyasen.com. بيانات الصفقات المحلية تحذفها بنفسك.
الأمان والأطفال والتغييرات
نستعمل اتصالًا مشفرًا وصلاحيات محدودة. الخدمة ليست موجهة لمن هم دون 18. إن غيّرنا هذه السياسة سننشر الصفحة المحدثة.

In short
- We do not store audio, sell your data or show ads inside the service.
- Meeting text is processed during the meeting and deleted from our server when it ends.
- Your saved deals stay on your own device.
What we process and why
Audio
When you use the live assistant your browser sends audio directly to the speech-to-text provider (OpenAI) to convert it to text. Audio does not pass through our server and we do not store it.
Meeting text and what you write about your offer
The text and your notes reach our server to produce suggestions and the report, and are sent to an AI model (OpenAI) to generate the suggestions. They are kept in temporary memory for the session only and deleted when it ends or times out. Processing at the provider is subject to its API data terms.
Your deals
Deal drafts, summaries and what we learned about the other party are stored in your browser (local storage) on your device only; we hold no copy. You can delete them in the app or by clearing site data.
Sign-in
We set one strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in.
Signup measurement
We count signup steps (page opened, quiz, account created, payment) with a random id kept in your browser, plus the source in the ad link. We also use ad measurement tags from Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google to learn which ad led to a subscription; these tags may set their own cookies. We never send them your email, your answers or your conversations.
Payment
Card data is processed by the payment partner (merchant of record) and never reaches us. We receive your email and subscription status to grant access.
Other people in your conversations
You are responsible for informing the people you talk to and obtaining their consent to convert their speech to text. Do not record or process a conversation without that consent or where the law forbids it. Avoid entering sensitive personal data about others.
Your rights
You may ask what data we hold about you or request deletion by writing to hello@elyasen.com. Local deal data you can delete yourself.
Security, children and changes
We use encrypted connections and limited access. The service is not directed at anyone under 18. If we change this policy we will publish the updated page.
