Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

Cancel your subscription at any time by writing to hello@elyasen.com or from the management link in the invoice email from the payment provider. Access continues until the end of the paid period and does not renew afterwards.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied, request a refund of your first payment within 5 days of purchase, unless your use of the service has been heavy. Refunds are returned through the payment provider to the original payment method and may take a few business days to appear.

Special cases

• If a fault on our side prevents access for a long period we will compensate with an extension or a partial refund.
• No refunds for periods already used after the refund window, or for misuse in breach of the Terms.
• Before opening a dispute with your bank, please write to us first so we can resolve it quickly.
