1. The service

Tawwash is a web tool that helps sellers understand deal stages and negotiate, with a training academy, a live assistant and reports. It is provided by Elyasen (Saudi Arabia). It is a beta and features may change.

2. No guarantees

Suggestions are produced by AI models and may be wrong or unsuitable. We do not guarantee any deal outcome, and the service is not legal, financial or professional advice. You remain responsible for every decision and deal.

3. Your responsibilities

• Inform the other party that the conversation is converted to text to assist you, and obtain their consent as the applicable law requires. This is your responsibility.
• Do not use the service for unlawful activity, deception, psychological pressure, impersonation, or to breach procurement or integrity rules.
• Do not enter sensitive data you do not need (card numbers, passwords, IDs).
• Keep your access link private.
• Verify information before you promise it.

4. Subscription and payment

Three plans: TAWASH STARTER ($26 per month: 200 live-meeting minutes per billing cycle, 60 minutes per meeting, one live meeting at a time), TAWASH PRO ($39 per month: 400 live-meeting minutes per billing cycle, 60 minutes per meeting, one live meeting at a time) and TAWASH SALES COMMAND ($59 per month: 800 minutes shared by the team, 90 minutes per meeting, two live meetings at a time, three seats, manager command center). Unused minutes do not carry over and there is no overage billing: when the minutes of a cycle are used up, new meetings stop until the next cycle. Every new customer gets one 3-day (72-hour) free trial with 30 meeting minutes, at most 2 meetings of at most 20 minutes, one live meeting at a time. A payment card is collected at checkout to start the trial and nothing is charged then. After 72 hours from the start of the trial the plan you chose is charged automatically ($26, $39 or $59) and renews monthly at the same price until you cancel; using the trial minutes early never causes an early charge. If you cancel before the trial ends nothing is charged. You must agree to these terms of automatic renewal before checkout, and the checkout page shows the amount, the date of the first charge and any taxes before you confirm. Payments are processed by a third-party provider acting as merchant of record, which issues the invoice and whose terms apply to the payment. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow our refund policy.

5. Ownership

The content and software belong to the operator. You may use the service for your own internal business use while subscribed, without reselling, copying or automated extraction. Information you enter about your deals remains yours.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change or discontinue it with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for lost profits, lost deals or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.

8. Termination

We may suspend access for breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
